“You have reached the voicemail box of… Bucky. At the tone, please leave your message. When you have finished leaving your message you may hang up, or, if you wish, press # for more options.”
[ Prompto may not be familiar with Christmas, but he is with giving gifts and as Bucky is a friend, he does not want to let him down! So left on his doorstep, Bucky will find a package on Christmas Eve containing several items.
The first is...a choice sweater. It's hideous and totally decked out and snug as hell and Prompto loves it so much he bought one for himself, too. Along with the sweater there is a dozen fresh cookies (from a nearby bakery, because gods forbid Prompto bake) and a several cups of instant noodles, which is about the only food he knows how to make. Finally, there's a pretty sweet swiss army knife with a card wishing Bucky a Happy Christmas and encouraging him to not cut himself accidentally.
[ Ana leaves a gift-wrapped box on his doorstep. Inside, he'll find a thermal layer for underneath his uniform, a santa hat, a tin filled with homemade cookies, and a couple of pulpy adventure novels from Wyver. ]
So, I know I haven't checked in on you since the memory thing, sorry about that. I've been sort of settling in. But I'm having a birthday party next week and I'd like you to come, if you're not busy?
It's just a casual thing, no one has to do cake or presents or anything. It's just food and drinks and some people I happen to like.
